At The Liah Alise Collection, we take pride in providing high-quality luxury hair products. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed and processed. This policy is strictly enforced to maintain hygiene and quality standards. Please ensure that you review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

In the rare event that you receive an incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof of the issue. To start a return, you can contact us at liahalise@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: liahalise@gmail.com . If your return is accepted, you will be provided with a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return-related questions at liahalise@gmail.com. Items must remain unused, unaltered, and in their original packaging to be considered for review. Requests submitted after this timeframe will not be accepted.

The Liah Alise Collection reserves the right to deny any return or exchange request that does not meet these conditions.

The Liah Alise Collection has a zero-tolerance policy for fraud. All orders are subject to verification and review. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion if fraudulent activity is suspected.

Any use of unauthorized, stolen, or fraudulent payment methods, including credit cards or personal information, will result in immediate order cancellation. Such activity may be reported to the appropriate authorities.

Customers must ensure that all billing and shipping information provided is accurate and matches their payment method. Orders flagged for mismatched or suspicious information may be delayed or canceled without notice.

By completing a purchase on this website, you agree to these terms and acknowledge that any attempt to dispute or charge back a valid transaction without proper cause may result in being permanently banned from future purchases.
